Retainer fees are 50% of the total for Elopements + Intimate Weddings and $100 for all other sessions.

Retainer fees are due at booking to secure your date.

Retainer fees are nonrefundable.

Retainers are put towards your total price + will be reflected on your final invoice.

Travel fees will apply to all locations located more than 40 miles outside of Rocky Ford, CO unless stated/agreed upon.

You will receive an online gallery of your hand-edited photos within 2-6 weeks of your session.

It is highly recommended to download + backup all of your digital photos in two separate locations (i.e. iCloud, OneDrive, Google Photos, external hard drive, flash drive, etc.) for your safekeeping.

You will have access to your online gallery for 2 months.

If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled session.

Rescheduling within 24 hours of your session, for any reason, will require a $50 fee.

C.L.P. reserves the right to reschedule any session due to illness, emergency, or inclement weather.

Plan ahead + communicate any delays that you may be having.

If you are late, the amount of minutes you are late will be subtracted from your session time.

Please note that time cannot be made up during a sunset session due to the lack of sunlight.

Please allow a 48-hour notice for any cancellations.

One cancellation is allowed per client. If you cancel a session more than once, C.L.P. will reserve the right to schedule with you for any future sessions.

If you, No Call No Show, C.L.P. will reserve the right to schedule with you for any future sessions.

RAW images may be requested at a fee of $500.00 per image.

Typically, photographers do NOT deliver RAW images, due to the fact that they do not properly represent the photographer's work.
